Description

Classic Spaghetti Carbonara is a delicious and comforting Italian dish that's easy to prepare. The combination of creamy eggs, savory pancetta, and sharp cheeses creates a rich and satisfying meal that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 100 grams pancetta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 grams pecorino cheese
  • 50 grams parmesan
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the pancetta until crispy. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the grated cheeses.
  4. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Remove the garlic and mix the pancetta into the pasta.
  5. Quickly mix the egg and cheese mixture into the hot pasta, stirring continuously until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
